Location: Hybrid role in Barcelona, Spain, with occasional office visits (typically once per month).

What you will do

• Build and improve innovative and engaging educational applications.
• Develop new functionalities, solve problems, and analyze complex issues.
• Create proofs of concept (PoCs) to guide technical decisions.
• Contribute to resolving support tickets and perform minor operational tasks.
• Monitor applications and check logs in a rotating role.
• Maintain a focus on quality and motivate team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in programming in Java (11 or higher).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, CloudFormation, S3, CloudFront, Elasticache, Lambdas).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Advanced knowledge of Maven, REST, Spring, and Git.
• English proficiency: B2/C1 (written and spoken).
• Spanish proficiency: C1/C2 (written and spoken).

• Vert.X / RX Java.
• Microservices architecture.
• Bitbucket (pipelines).
