Salary: USD $131,000–$190,000 annually (USA-based roles) or CAD $110,000–$160,000 annually (Canada-based roles).

What you will do

• Serve as a primary point of contact to respond to and resolve MSP partner inquiries.
• Support MSP partners across regions and time zones, ensuring operational consistency.
• Own day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of partner workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and activation.
• Develop and maintain partner processes to foster awareness of tools, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
• Identify inefficiencies in partner processes and lead or own recommended improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, operations, implementation, or other operationally focused roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology environment in a partner-facing, customer success, or go-to-market function.
• Demonstrated experience owning and improving operational workflows that support scalable programs.
• Strong operational mindset with experience executing and scaling deliverables through systems and processes.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience working with technology, cybersecurity, or IT-focused products (cybersecurity experience preferred).
