TL;DR
Field Tech Strategist (Cybersecurity): Driving the company’s technical vision and strategy across the Eastern US, identifying new strategic directions and thought leadership to customers, analysts, media, and partners with an accent on cybersecurity industry developments and competitive landscape. Focus on engaging with governments and regulators on cybersecurity policy and driving strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Remote (US - East Coast, EST location required). Regional travel with some international travel is expected. Occasional onsite support for Executive Briefing Program in Sunnyvale.
Salary: $155,000–$240,000 per year

- Share hirify.global’s strategic vision and product roadmap with customers, partners, analysts, and media.
- Drive and communicate hirify.global’s technology strategy to customers, partners, investors, media, and at industry events.
- Engage with governments and regulators on cybersecurity, technical policy, and innovation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, competitive landscape, and related developments.
- Discover new technologies for competitive advantage and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability or experience in developing and overseeing security strategies for companies and/or governments.
- Broad information security competency and experience across strategy, governance, technology, and policy.
- Deep and broad knowledge of security issues and trends (GRC space) to articulate high-level security strategy.
- History of speaking at industry conferences, published blogs, podcasts, white papers, or media interviews.
- Experience in roles such as Regional CTO, Enterprise Technology Strategist, Strategic Consultant, or Enterprise Security Architect.
- Must be based in the Eastern US, with EST location required.
