What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering squad, fostering a high-trust culture.
• Partner with product teams to translate partner needs into executable technical roadmaps and ship high-quality features.
• Lead architectural reviews, unblock complex debugging, and ensure stack scalability and resilience.
• Own team services, establish on-call rotations, and strategically drive down technical debt.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for external partners, explaining complex system constraints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 7+ years in software development (ideally with JVM/Scala or React experience).
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and robust API design for global enterprise use.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building MVPs without sacrificing long-term system integrity.
• Proven track record of growing junior engineers into seniors and seniors into leads/architects.
