What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary squad, fostering a high-trust culture.
• Partner with product teams to translate partner needs into technical roadmaps.
• Lead architectural reviews and help resolve complex debugging sessions.
• Own the operational aspects of the team’s services, including on-call rotations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for external partners, explaining system constraints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 7+ years in software development (ideally with JVM/Scala or React experience).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building the MVP without sacrificing long-term system integrity.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and designing APIs for global enterprise use.
• Preference for a "ship and iterate" approach.
