Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $138,000 - $220,000 USD total OTE

What you will do

• Envision and build high-impact technical prototypes demonstrating Placer's data power within partner environments.
• Lead the end-to-end technical design of new partnerships, defining data schemas, API protocols, and secure delivery.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering teams, navigating security reviews and architectural hurdles.
• Execute bespoke demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and data trials for strategic accounts.
• Translate complex discovery insights into ROI-focused narratives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and technical strategy for high-contract-value opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience working in a sales support role, such as Solution Engineer
• 5+ years experience working in a SaaS company
• 5+ years of data analytics experience, proficient in at least one of: Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools
• High level of knowledge in Statistics
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles

Nice to have

• Proficiency in multiple data analysis/BI tools
• Domain knowledge of and expertise on the Esri platform
• Familiarity with data science language and concepts
