What you will do
- Build and own the global alliance strategy and development with IBM.
- Expand strategic relationships and enable IBM teams on the partnership.
- Drive business growth with IBM across sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions.
- Manage, develop, and grow a global team of Business Development Managers.
- Deliver on targets, objectives, and represent the partner's voice.
- Align and support internal field teams to identify and transact opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Alliance Manager/Director.
- Solid experience in Linux, virtualization, containers, and other cloud technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong executive relationships.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with a focus on revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas.
- Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, and results-oriented mentality.
