Location: Hybrid role with required in-person participation for team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually. Candidates must be based in Singapore due to the salary being denominated in SGD and the hybrid work format.

What you will do

• Manage complex reconciliation workflows across global crypto products.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the reconciliation manager for process improvement and automation.
• Analyze operations to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Engineering) on workflow improvements.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Ensure daily reconciliation tasks are completed accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in reconciliation processes, finance operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech or global environments.
• Experience with safeguarding rules and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in reconciliation tools and workflows.
• Proven ability to act as an escalation point and subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of basic SQL.

• Exposure to crypto-related reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, or reconciliation software.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex workflows.
