Enterprise Account Executive (Emea)

What you will do

• Drive new business through targeting enterprise accounts.
• Own the strategy around negotiating and closing prospects in complex sales cycles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique communication needs.
• Present and sell hirify.global's solutions to address clients' needs.
• Work closely with hirify.global’s customer and solutions teams to discover clients’ needs, outline how hirify.global could function in their environment.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technology solution-based selling to enterprise accounts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to establish credibility with C-level executives.
• Comfortable presenting complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and complex deal structures.
• Willing to travel as needed to represent hirify.global at client sites and events.
• 4-year college degree.
• In addition to English and German; you speak at least one other language of the territory you want to own.
