Senior Android Developer

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days in office, 1 day WFM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support product features and enhance existing application functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable high-quality code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Conduct code reviews for team members.
• Actively participate in the life of a team working with the SCRUM methodology.
• Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and practices within the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Android development.
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin.
• Excellent understanding of OOP, OOD, SOLID principles, and design patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).
• Experience building complex and responsive UIs (including animations, custom views, etc.).
• Ability and desire to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership to improve the application's architecture and codebase.
• English proficiency: B2 (Intermediate or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience with Dagger2 (or other DI frameworks).
• Experience with video streaming platforms.
• Skills in reactive programming (e.g., RxJava, Kotlin Flow).
• Proficiency with coroutines and structured concurrency.
• Experience in UI and Unit testing.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
