What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of UiPath-based agentic AI and RPA solutions.
• Define automation standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UiPath development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI and RPA concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and related components.
• Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, web services, databases).
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in automation.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• UiPath Advanced Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with other RPA tools and agentic AI automation technologies.
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six hirify.global).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
