What you will do

• Build and manage central HRBP dashboards for key metrics such as attrition, headcount, and performance.
• Improve Workday's HCM functional setup, including security structure and business process framework.
• Translate HRBP requirements into clear Workday configurations and drive adoption of changes.
• Automate redundant manual efforts and integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
• Contribute to connecting Workday with other tools and automation solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge, specifically in Security and Business Processes.
• Advanced reporting experience (Composite, Matrix/Metrics) in Workday.
• Proven experience building dashboards in Workday.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Hybrid presence in Prague, Czech Republic is required.

Nice to have

• Compensation or Performance module configuration experience.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Power Automate).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
