Solution Engineering Intern (AI)

TL;DR

Solution Engineering Intern (AI): Developing and implementing creative and intelligent demo solutions on the hirify.global platform for customers across Latin America, with an accent on declarative and programmatic solution building, and technical skill development. Focus on designing robust prototypes, preparing compelling presentations, and supporting the Solution Engineering team with RFPs and customer engagements.

Location: Onsite in Mexico City, Mexico, as part of the LATAM Internship Program.

What you will do

• Develop innovative and intelligent solutions by developing in the hirify.global platform.
• Design and build solutions using hirify.global solutions, both in declarative and programmatic manners.
• Develop demonstration preparation and presentation skills.
• Execute strategic projects that will help the Solution Engineering team in the long term.
• Provide support to the Solution Engineering team by building demonstrations, prototypes, and RFPs.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and account planning processes during the second half of the program.

Requirements

• English fluency: strong language skills (spoken and written) for preparation materials and certification exams.
• Proactivity, initiative, and a sense of curiosity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and self-study.
• AI oriented.
• Great communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS and other web technologies.
• Previous hirify.global knowledge or hirify.global Certifications.
• Experience in UX or UI design.
