What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design implementation plans.
• Lead and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the development team to adapt the system and integrate with existing client systems.
• Act as the primary customer contact during implementation, providing updates and addressing issues.
• Capture and log new feature suggestions for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
