ERP Consultant (AI): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products for enterprise clients with an accent on designing scalable solutions, maximizing automation rates, and ensuring smooth delivery. Location: Based remotely from Germany, following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month). Monthly visits to Zurich are highly encouraged and financially supported by hirify.global. Onsite options are available in Munich and Cologne.

What you will do

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring they realize the full potential of hirify.global’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive deep product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve the platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
