What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and internal CMO teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee campaign progress and business impact through structured reporting, translating data insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage external agency relationships, including briefing, quality control, and delivery governance.
• Establish and optimize marketing management processes and lead the adoption of project/work management tools.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in marketing or marketing operations/project delivery, including people leadership.
• Master's degree in Marketing.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong project/portfolio management skills.
• Strong marketing expertise and analytical, data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage agency relationships and oversee budgets in a fast-paced environment.
