UI/UX Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Maintain digital content, features, functionality, and experiences on the company website and digital/mobile platforms.
• Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
• Improve the overall digital ecosystem by applying best-in-class user experience design practices.
• Create programs to ensure graphic elements are up to date and comply with ideal user experience practices.
• Develop dashboard and report interfaces that efficiently visualize data, enabling critical business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Web design, visual design, human-centered design (HCD), or similar fields.
• English/Spanish proficiency required.
• 5+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile design.
• Previous experience with front-end development including coding and debugging HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Solid UI implementation skills using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and React.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD).
• Proficiency in Rapid Prototyping Software (Balsamiq, Sketch or Axure).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Website Content Management Systems (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc).
