What you will do

• Own and manage the operational performance of the CRM department.
• Lead CRM operations by guiding Team Leads and balancing workloads.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (lead inflow, conversion, onboarding speed, funnel efficiency).
• Ensure high data quality and discipline within CRM systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, CRM, or customer success (fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in large datasets, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Proven experience managing teams (directly or via Team Leads).
• Solid understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar a plus).
