Location: Remote (USA: Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones)
Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 Hourly

What you will do
- Conduct developmentally appropriate telephonic and telehealth screening, brief intervention, and referrals to specialty treatment providers.
- Apply active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to understand and support members or families in setting goals.
- Coach members on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills as part of their care journey, tailoring skills for adolescents when applicable.
- Identify appropriate levels of care, facilitate referrals, and coordinate care with providers and community resources.
- Provide in-the-moment support and developmentally appropriate safety planning for members with safety risks or in crisis.
- Document information, maintain accurate records, and track progress within required timeframes using various systems, including an EHR.
Requirements
- Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience working with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders in adult and adolescent populations.
- Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
- Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, such as CBT, DBT, DBT-A, Exposure-Based therapies, and Behavioral Activation.
- Experience working with parents and caregivers, including providing psychoeducation and collaborating to support adolescent treatment.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with comfort using various computer platforms.
