What you will do

• Support the establishment and implementation of social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
• Translate marketing and product goals into clear social media plans aligned with product roadmap and campaign calendar.
• Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and content calendars to drive engagement and visibility.
• Define content guidelines, formats, and priorities for consistent execution.
• Oversee and manage daily social media content and engagement with execution partners.
• Monitor social media performance weekly and report on key KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and optimizing social media content and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Gaming experience is a must.

Nice to have

• Casual gaming experience.
• Community experience (Discord, Reddit).
