What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across the region.
• Work directly with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and design secure, scalable identity solutions.
• Lead engaging product demonstrations, run workshops, and guide evaluations.
• Partner with Sales Specialists to drive opportunities from discovery through technical close.
• Proactively support marketing efforts, contribute to technical content, and offer feedback to Product teams.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge (3-5 years) of Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, and/or Endpoint Security related technology (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-FED, MFA/SSO, IDP/Directory Services, Federation, Identity lifecycle management, Least Privilege).
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management vendors and products (e.g., hirify.global, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and use of API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
• Deep understanding of IAM Compliance, Governance, Lifecycle, and Workflows best practices.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

• Scripting knowledge.
• Portuguese language skills.
• Certifications such as CCSP, Okta Certified Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certification: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
