Channel Account Manager (LATAM): Implementing and expanding software sales partnership models in Multi Countries Latin America (MCLA) to drive incremental revenue, with an accent on strategy, recruitment, training, and performance of indirect sales partners. Focus on building and managing relationships with resellers and distributors, developing partner programs, and ensuring sales targets and market expansion for identity security solutions.

Location: Based in Colombia, responsible for managing partners across Multi Countries Latin America (MCLA) with approximately 80% travel required.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive revenue.
  • Create and execute channel strategies to ensure market penetration and growth.
  • Assist partners in delivering hirify.global solutions and present at partner engagements.
  • Monitor channel performance using KPIs, reports, and analytics.
  • Identify new channel opportunities and onboard new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, resolve conflicts, and track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and performance targets while providing training and support to channel partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience building and managing partners in Latin America.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a proven record of quota over-achievement.
  • Ability to manage and grow existing and new partnerships in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Security.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners or channels.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
