What you will do

• Perform H24 7 days for week application and service monitoring.
• Manage application incidents and changes, and monitor batch processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues following standard procedures.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure with standard configurations.
• Conduct datacenter proximity activities like tape backup moving.
• Support Italian Lottery draws and point of sales services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or Technical certificate.
• English language (spoken and written) required.
• Basic Server Operating System Management knowledge (Windows / UX Server).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in IT processes (Monitoring, Incident, Change) is preferable.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge/experience with monitoring tools/dashboards (e.g., Jira, Kibana) and Jira for trouble ticketing.
