What you will do

• Lead and grow one of two Software Development departments (10-15 team members).
• Manage and mentor software developers and Tech Leads.
• Contribute to the technical and product strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure workload distribution, support internal mobility, and resolve staffing challenges.
• Enable a creative learning culture, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong leader with a passion for team development best practices.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Technical background (experience as a tech lead, architect, software developer, or engineering manager).
• Strong communication skills, connecting with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with problem-solving.
• Experience in scaling teams within agile or hybrid-agile environments.
• English: B2+ required.
