What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, breakdowns, and data collectors.
• Configure PA widgets, scorecards, and time‑series analytics aligned with business KPIs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting and KPI requirements and translate them into effective PA solutions.
• Integrate PA with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
• Develop and automate PA jobs, data collection workflows, and scheduled scripts.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-9 Years of Experience and 3-4 years in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Knowledge of ITSM and Security Operations modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability).
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA definitions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API for advanced customization.
