What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications.
• Build and integrate backend services using Java (Kotlin) and Node.js.
• Develop modern, responsive front-end solutions using TypeScript.
• Work with AWS cloud-based infrastructure and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure compliance with government standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• Essential technical experience in Java (Kotlin), AWS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript (do not apply without hands-on experience across this full tech stack).
• Proven UK government / public sector experience.
• Must qualify for UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Senior-level experience working as a Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
