TL;DR

Technical Account Manager: Planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements for data resilience solutions with an accent on data protection and monitoring. Focus on architecting and project management of availability solutions, understanding customer needs, and providing technical consulting.

Location: Onsite in Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

  • Provide input for proposals and Statements of Work, supporting delivery implementation and consulting services for hirify.global solutions.
  • Provide overall project guidance, including planning, scheduling, and communication.
  • Assist with the assessment, design, and estimation of hirify.global Software solution implementations.
  • Analyze installed environments, guide optimal hirify.global Software configurations, and facilitate client-support communication.
  • Create technical documentation such as white papers, solutions guides, and best practices.
  • Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on hirify.global Software solutions and assist in professional services sales.
  • Perform overnight travel to meet company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience is required.
  • Relevant certifications like VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Prince 2, ITIL, or PMP are required.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global’s Core products is essential.
  • Proven consulting and project management experience is necessary.
  • Significant experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), disruptive and traditional storage systems, networking protocols, and cloud technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Data Management, Data Protection, Data Analytics, Data Center, Business Continuity, and Operating Systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
