these tasks await

• Strategize and execute a comprehensive link-building plan for our Romanian projects.
• Design and implement diverse link-building campaigns, including personalized outreaches, content marketing, and digital PR initiatives.
• Negotiate and build relationships with publishers, webmasters, and other relevant industry contacts.
• Proactively research and test new, scalable link-building opportunities.
• Reports on the progress of previously launched and ongoing campaigns.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles to reverse-engineer successful strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of our websites' backlink profiles, ensuring quality and identifying toxic links.
• Develop a deep understanding of our network's structure and performance to maximize its full potential.
• Monitor link-building trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the On-Page SEO team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective SEO strategy.
• Facilitate knowledge transfers and mentorship within the SEO team to promote continuous learning and skill development.

this profile is matching with us

your profile

• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Off-Page SEO role.
• Extensive knowledge of common SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Majestic.
• A proven understanding of AI's practical use-cases for Off-Page SEO
• Ideally, a pre-existing network of contacts in Romania with webmasters, publishers, and journalists.
• In-depth knowledge of core ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and Google's guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian, both written and verbal.
• A logical, analytical mindset with a structured and self-driven work approach.
• The ability to work and cooperate efficiently within a team.
• Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to shifting company priorities.
