Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States. Requires alignment of working hours to overlap customer timezones and ability to work night shifts. Travel to customer locations on short notice is required.

What you will do

• Define customer requirements and drive adoption of hirify.global solutions.
• Conduct demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers.
• Design, set up, and configure proof of concepts and pilots for key customers.
• Identify product-based risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Address customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs and organizational processes.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
• Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality for complex requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to work in the night shift and travel to customer locations on short notice when required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Web Design using HTML, JavaScript.
• Understanding of MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp applications.
• Experience in the wellness/spa industry.
