What you will do
- Organize, track, and execute data imports for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Create data import templates in Excel and Google Sheets using formulas for aggregation, debugging, and inventory management.
- Provide customer assistance through Zoom calls and Zendesk tickets, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Communicate pertinent details of each customer's data import to co-teams such as Sales and Onboarding.
- Organize and manage intradepartmental workflows, specifically addressing key account concerns.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in Latin America
- Property Management Expertise: Prior experience with Hotel Property Management System Software (e.g., Opera, Protel, Mews).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in successfully interfacing with customers.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Data Proficiency: Solid understanding of data management principles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, experience with file conversion tools, and basic knowledge of remote desktop applications.
- English: C1+ communication and writing skills required.
