What you will do

• Organize, track, and execute data imports for hirify.global customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Create data import templates in Excel and Google Sheets using formulas for aggregation, debugging, and inventory management.
• Provide customer assistance through Zoom calls and Zendesk tickets, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Communicate pertinent details of each customer's data import to co-teams such as Sales and Onboarding.
• Organize and manage intradepartmental workflows, specifically addressing key account concerns.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in Latin America
• Property Management Expertise: Prior experience with Hotel Property Management System Software (e.g., Opera, Protel, Mews).
• Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in successfully interfacing with customers.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Data Proficiency: Solid understanding of data management principles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, experience with file conversion tools, and basic knowledge of remote desktop applications.
• English: C1+ communication and writing skills required.
