Deal Desk Manager: Partnering with Sales Leadership and regional Sales teams on sales transactions to provide strategic guidance and recommendations on deal pricing, commercial structure, and contract terms and conditions. With an accent on optimizing revenue, bookings, margin, and cash outcomes in alignment with financial policies and strategic objectives. Focus on leading negotiations, managing deal exceptions, and ensuring compliance across the sales organization.

What you will do
- Drive commercial strategy on medium to high-complexity deals, providing guidance on pricing, deal structure, and contractual positioning.
- Review, approve, and govern deal terms in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and documentation.
- Lead the communication, coordination, and management of deal exceptions and approval processes with senior stakeholders.
- Manage the planning and execution of contract negotiations, acting as a primary liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and the customer.
- Provide expert guidance to Sales on non-standard commercial constructs and contractual scenarios, leveraging policy, precedent, and business judgment.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing, margin, and deal review tools in partnership with Pricing, Finance, and Sales Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in a SaaS environment, including Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Field Finance, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and negotiating small to medium, complex sales transactions.
- Working knowledge of software pricing, discounting, value positioning, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
