Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and owning end-to-end user experiences for B2C financial products, specifically p2p, local, and remittances, with an accent on creating clean, intuitive mobile interfaces and driving engagement. Focus on using data and research to inform design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a mobile design system.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (schedule based on Dubai time zone). Relocation options are available to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.

What you will do

• Design and own user journeys across all types of transfers, focusing on p2p, local, and remittances products.
• Create clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems.
• Partner with designers from other product streams to ensure cohesive and consistent experience across the hirify.global app.
• Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s mobile design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiences.
• Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android).
• Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals.
• Confident in your work and strong communication skills to present to cross-functional stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems.
• Fluency in English is required.
