Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and owning end-to-end user experiences for B2C financial products, focusing on mobile interfaces and user journeys across various transfer types. Location: Remote (Global). Schedule based on Dubai time. Relocation assistance and legal registration opportunities available in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.

What you will do

• Design and own user journeys across all types of transfers.
• Create clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems.
• Partner with designers from other product streams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across the entire hirify.global app.
• Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiences.
• Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android).
• Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English is required.
