What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of a secure platform for managing AI agents’ identities, permissions, access control, and execution context.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of engineers, shaping the team’s culture and technical direction.
• Drive the design and implementation of core services, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
• Enforce engineering excellence and best practices, including testing, code reviews, observability, secure coding, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively contribute to critical paths in architecture, prototyping, and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend or systems development experience, using languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#.
• Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, or secrets management, and you’re excited to apply these principles to AI and agent frameworks.
• Comfortable building cloud-native systems and working with modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Able to balance long-term architectural vision with fast-paced execution, especially in early-stage or high-growth environments.
