What you will do
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via cold calls, emails, and prospecting tools.
- Understand and communicate hirify.global's role in privileged account security.
- Educate prospects/customers on product features and benefits to drive engagement.
- Determine prospect's business issues to match fitting solutions.
- Drive traffic to online and offline events.
- Manage and track opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in a sales/business development role, preferably selling software/technology solutions.
- Native English, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian proficiency required.
- Experience with cold calling in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments.
- Background in technology, information security, or software selling.
- Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
- Proven track record of success in meeting quotas.
