What you will do

• Drive professional growth and mentor team members through continuous development.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members for smooth integration.
• Define and implement improvement goals, guiding the team toward measurable outcomes.
• Deliver high-value content and solutions to customers, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for design, development, architecture, quality, and production of team products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the R&D focal point in discussions with field teams and customers.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years as a Team Leader managing 4+ engineers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud development (AWS) and SaaS products.
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Technical expertise in Python or another backend language like Java, C# / .NET.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Knowledge of Windows internal protocols.
• Background in information security.
