What you will do
- Drive professional growth and mentor team members through continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members for smooth integration.
- Define and implement improvement goals, guiding the team toward measurable outcomes.
- Deliver high-value content and solutions to customers, ensuring quality and relevance.
- Own end-to-end responsibility for design, development, architecture, quality, and production of team products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the R&D focal point in discussions with field teams and customers.
Requirements
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 3+ years as a Team Leader managing 4+ engineers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud development (AWS) and SaaS products.
- Experience with modern CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory).
- Technical expertise in Python or another backend language like Java, C# / .NET.
Nice to have
- Experience with C++.
- Knowledge of Windows internal protocols.
- Background in information security.
