What you will do
- Engage with hiring managers to define roles and create candidate specifications.
- Develop sourcing strategies, perform labor market analysis, and activate appropriate channels.
- Initiate and execute recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Employer Branding.
- Conduct pre-screening for senior management and executive roles and build talent pools.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Co-create, implement, and track annual recruitment plans for specific business areas.
Requirements
- Has specialized knowledge of TA methods, techniques, and processes.
- Applies profound theoretical background and contributes to developing new methods.
- Able to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of talent acquisition tools and context.
- Signals gaps in selection processes and recommends improvements.
- Mentors team members in preparing and providing offers in alignment with hirify.global policy.
