What you will do

• Define and execute live operations strategy to enhance player experience and business performance.
• Plan, schedule, and manage live events, ensuring smooth deployment and performance tracking.
• Refine game economy & monetization, improving ads/purchasing experiences.
• Collaborate with game design, marketing, and data teams to optimize & experiment with event designs.
• Analyze and monitor game KPIs to measure the impact of live ops initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
• Leverage A/B testing and player segmentation, tailoring live ops strategy to different audience segments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product management or Live Ops within a mobile gaming environment
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure & interpret data.
• Project management expertise, strong market knowledge, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and iterative mindset, working effectively with cross-department teams.
• Extensive experience using live ops tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and AB testing tools.
• Passion for mobile games and crafting high-quality player experiences.
