What you will do

• Own frontend features end-to-end from technical design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design and evolve scalable frontend architecture and state management solutions.
• Implement complex user-facing flows with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Debug and resolve production issues, taking responsibility for frontend reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional frontend or full-stack experience (5+ years for senior level).
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid production experience building applications with React.
• Strong understanding of state management and component-based architectures.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Effector or similar state management libraries.
• Experience working with complex design systems or UI libraries.
• Experience improving frontend observability and performance monitoring.
• Experience working in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
• Experience with internationalization and localization.
