TL;DR

Senior Content Designer (Customer Service): Building and optimizing content design functions from scratch to improve customer experience and reduce support load with an accent on designing scalable solutions and global content scenarios. Focus on creating a Knowledge Base as a system and ensuring real-life proofed, accurate, and consistent global content.

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan. Relocation package is offered for candidates from other regions.

hirify.global is building a Content Design function from scratch to leverage content for improving customer experience and reducing support load.

What you will do

  • Identify content problems and design scalable solutions, processes, or documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Support Teams, ensuring timely knowledge availability.
  • Help create and evolve a Knowledge Base to boost self-service and automation.
  • Analyze customer flows and define global content scenarios, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and real-life proofing.
  • Help evolve content guidelines and standards.
  • Mentor junior Content Designers on the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management, with a portfolio showing scenario and logic level work.
  • 1+ year of Senior or Lead experience (formal or informal), including mentoring and reviewing content decisions.
  • Experience in complex, operational domains such as ride-hailing, delivery, fintech, or marketplaces.
  • Hands-on experience building or rebuilding a Knowledge Base or Help Center, treating content as a system.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product and Customer Support teams.
