What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end productization of a dynamic user experience.
• Translate customer behavior insights into segmented programmable customer journeys.
• Own the roadmap for growth hypotheses of activation, engagement, and monetization.
• Partner with ML/DS teams to test for future integration of hybrid AI stacks, combining scoring models and embedding based retrieval to drive personalized actions at scale.
• Identify, size, and prioritize impactful opportunities through data analysis and user research.
• Develop clear success metrics, measure performance, and iterate quickly to optimize growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience, with a focus on consumer apps, personalization infrastructure, or super app lifecycle automation at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar tech major.
• Experience leading growth initiatives or marketplace products, scaling to millions of users across diverse geographies.
• Proven success launching new products and driving sustained adoption and engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of experimentation and data-driven product development.
