Location: Hybrid work mode in Cyprus. Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions to Cyprus.

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive loyalty programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to integrate the loyalty program with broader initiatives.
- Monitor and report on loyalty program performance, including customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Oversee the budget and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the loyalty program.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty program/retention strategies management, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and loyalty management systems.
- In-depth understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and latest loyalty program trends.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
