What you will do

• Develop and scale the classified business model platform with new features.
• Identify product flow pain points and propose solutions or process improvements.
• Encourage data-driven decisions and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, engineering).
• Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities.
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and present analytical findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical mindset with a robust mathematical background (statistics, optimization theory, time series, causal inference).
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, data marts) and BI reporting tools (Plotly, Redash, Tableau).
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1).
