What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging market expertise and data to influence hiring strategy.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with stakeholders and HR business partners to enhance the Talent Acquisition function and drive process improvement.
• Drive efficiency and consistency in the hiring process, actively participating in projects for seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to proactively own and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing the candidate interview process, proactively addressing delays.
• Experience in effectively building and managing relationships as a trusted partner to hiring managers, senior business leaders, and PnC partners across various markets.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging market insights and recruitment data to influence strategic decisions.
