What you will do

• Own and develop product capabilities in the payment processing domain.
• Design and evolve end-to-end payment solutions, including acquiring, routing, orchestration, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Collaborate closely with acquiring banks, payment systems, PSPs, and internal processing infrastructure teams.
• Analyze payment flows end-to-end: authorization, clearing, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Lead discovery activities for processing initiatives, define scalable and compliant product solutions, and translate complex logic into clear product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the processing product backlog, ensure timely delivery of features, and align solutions with stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on payment processing.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze payment flows, market gaps, and infrastructure needs.
• Ability to translate complex payment logic into clear product requirements (PRDs, flows, API requirements).
• Familiarity with regulatory and scheme requirements in the payment domain.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, SRE, and fintech platform teams.
• English: B2 required.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Cyprus or be willing to relocate to Cyprus.
