Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the launch and rollout of cashless and digital payment solutions across multiple markets.
• Participate in product discovery and solution design, contributing to requirements definition and user flows.
• Define and document product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Ensure timely delivery of features in close collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and fintech infrastructure teams.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor product and business metrics to assess product success and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, including banks, MFIs, or payment providers.
• Strong understanding of cashless payments, payment flows, and wallet-based products.
• Proven experience managing both discovery and delivery phases of product development.
• Ability to write clear and structured product documentation (PRDs, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and external payment partners.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
