What you will do
- Manage participant recruitment and internal panel, including segmentation and engagement.
- Design and manage a centralized, multi-channel participant recruitment strategy.
- Evaluate and manage the product research tool stack.
- Establish and document standardized processes for the research lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Serve as a liaison with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation, best practice guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- English: Advanced level
- 3+ years of experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, or research program management.
- Experience building and scaling a participant recruitment function and managing a research panel.
- Deep knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations related to user research.
