What you will do

  • Manage participant recruitment and internal panel, including segmentation and engagement.
  • Design and manage a centralized, multi-channel participant recruitment strategy.
  • Evaluate and manage the product research tool stack.
  • Establish and document standardized processes for the research lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, best practice guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • English: Advanced level
  • 3+ years of experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, or research program management.
  • Experience building and scaling a participant recruitment function and managing a research panel.
  • Deep knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations related to user research.
