What you will do

• Support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes in NetSuite.
• Configure and improve procurement workflows to meet business needs.
• Enhance P2P processes within NetSuite and other procurement platforms (e.g., Zip).
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align processes.
• Provide user support and contribute to continuous process optimization.
• Participate in setting up, refining, and improving procurement models and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite.
• Practical experience with purchase-to-pay and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of the connection between procurement, finance, and accounting.
• Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Zip or similar tools).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills (B2 or higher).

Nice to have

• Advanced procurement knowledge within NetSuite.
• Background in finance or procurement.
• Experience working in an international environment.
