Senior Product Analyst (Identity): Drive data-informed decisions across identity, authorization, and early user journeys with an accent on funnel performance, cost efficiency, and strategic adoption. Focus on optimizing authentication flows, reducing operational costs, and improving conversion to superapp usage.

Location: Hybrid in Egypt

What you will do

  • Lead analytics initiatives for identity, authorization, and onboarding flows, focusing on conversion, cost efficiency, and user experience.
  • Analyze end-to-end authorization and onboarding funnels to identify drop-off points, behavioral patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth SMS cost decomposition and estimate the impact of optimization initiatives.
  • Research, design, and evaluate alternative confirmation methods and authorization scenarios using switchback experiments and A/B tests.
  • Define and assess the economic efficiency of authorization methods, balancing conversion, reliability, and cost.
  • Drive analytical research for the install to superapp adoption funnel, identifying levers to improve early user engagement.
  • Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate the impact of changes on key product and business metrics.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical self-serve tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong product analytics mindset with the ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets.
  • Strong practical experience using Python for data analysis, including complex data transformations and exploratory analysis.
  • Solid understanding of product funnels, onboarding flows, and user decision-making scenarios.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, scenario comparison).
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Redash).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
