What you will do

• Manage end-to-end research operations, including participant recruitment and panel administration.
• Design and implement a centralized, multi-channel participant recruitment strategy.
• Oversee and scale the internal research panel, managing segmentation, data health, communications, and engagement.
• Handle all logistics for participant engagement, including screening, scheduling, incentives, and ensuring ethical management.
• Evaluate, procure, and administer the product research tool stack and develop a research repository.
• Establish standardized processes for the entire research lifecycle, collaborating with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• English: C1+ (Advanced level) is required.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Research Operations, Design Operations, or research program management role.
• Demonstrable experience building and scaling participant recruitment functions and managing research panels.
• Deep, practical knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations as they apply to user research.
