Join Our Back-end Engineering Team!
We are looking for a Solutions Integration engineer with a strong engineering and management background.
This role combines technical solution engineering, integration development, project management and strict delivery ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions
- Conduct code reviews
- Sustain high-quality code base
- Collect requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate task complexity and timelines
- Strictly follow the implementation and delivery deadlines
Our expectations:
- 3+ years of Backend Development
- 2+ years of Project Management/Account Management
- Hard Skills: Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, GAP Analysis, CJM, Postman, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis
- Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level
- Location:**** any, except Russia and Belarus
- Ability to independently gather and define requirements
- Ability to keep cold head and focus under the deadline pressure
- Strong stakeholder management and scope control
- Clear communication, prioritization, and daily execution control
- "Get things done" mindset - full responsibility for timely delivery
